Un quatre-quart un peu différent du traditionnel quatre-quart que l’on connaît bien !
Moi j’y est mis ma touche personnelle et il est aussi meilleur, hyper moelleux et leger à la fois idéal pour un goûter en famille !
je vous mets ma recette
Ingrédients:
250 gr de farine
5 oeufs
150 gr de sucre fin
½ verre à thé d’huile
2 sachets de sucre vanille et arome vanille
1 sachet de levure chimique
Préparation:
Préchauffer le four à 200°C.
Battre les oeufs avec le sucre et sucre vanille.
Incorporer l’huile, l’arome vanille et la levure chimque puis ajouter la farine petit à petit et mélanger jusqu’à l’obtention d’un mélange parfait.
Beurrez votre moule, versez y la pâte et mettre au four.
laisser cuire pendant 45 minutes.
Servir avec une bonne tasse de café ou de thé
